Product Description

Trumpet Invasion is primarily a collection of piano pieces that have been arranged for trumpet and piano by Brandon and his father, Rich Ridenour. As arranger, Brandon's "trumpet invasion" of Chopsticks, Rachmaninoff's Etude Tableaux and Mozart's Rondo alla Turka morphs standard piano pieces into something uniquely new. Yet, Rich defends the piano on Chopin's Grande Polonaise, with minimal scoring for the trumpet!

This CD was recorded on June 16 and October 17, 2005 at the First Baptist Church in Kalamazoo, MI. It was recorded, mixed and mastered by John Stites, Arcadia Recording.
